M300-ZLD is a compact point leak detection sensor to detect the presence of water (or other liquids) and transmit an alarm using LoRaWAN® technology.

Low energy consumption.

Thanks to this low power consumption technology, the EM300-ZLD can operate for up to 5 years with a 4000 mAh battery.

Remote data management.

By combining the Milesight LoRaWAN® gateway and the Milesight IoT Cloud solution, users can manage all sensor data remotely and visually and receive alarms via a mobile application.

Leak and flood monitoring.

EM300-ZLD also integrates temperature and humidity sensors, which is very useful for applications such as monitoring pipe leaks, basement flooding, pump failures, etc.
