The Teltonika TRB500 gateway is a high-speed industrial 5G connectivity solution. Compact, reliable, and powerful, it is designed for demanding environments. Compatible with 5G Sub-6 GHz, 4G LTE Cat 20, and 3G, it ensures continuous connectivity even in areas with mixed coverage.

Its industrial design includes a compact aluminum housing (100 x 30 x 93.4 mm). It withstands extreme conditions with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +75 °C. The TRB500 is also surge-resistant, resistant to humidity (up to 90%) and has IP30 protection.

It features a Gigabit Ethernet port, a USB port, and a SIM card slot (Mini SIM 2FF). Four SMA connectors allow you to connect external mobile antennas. The TRB500 can be mounted on a DIN rail, wall, or any flat surface, making it easy to integrate.

On the monitoring side, it provides detailed information: ICCID, IMSI, mobile signal (RSSI, RSRP, SINR, etc.), network type, band used, data consumption, connection status. It allows you to monitor network status and performance in real time.

The TRB500 supports sending data to the cloud via MQTT, Azure MQTT, HTTP(S), Kinesis. It is compatible with IoT platforms like Azure IoT Hub, ThingWorx and Cumulocity. It can also act as an MQTT/Modbus, OPC UA or DLMS gateway.

The RutOS operating system, based on OpenWrt, allows for advanced customizations. An SDK is provided for developing custom firmware. The firmware can be visually customized (logo, colors, menus), making it ideal for integrators.

The standard package includes everything you need: TRB500 gateway, 9W power supply, 4 SMA antennas, micro-USB cable, Ethernet cable, SIM adapter, and quick start guide. No separate accessories are required to get started right away.

It also integrates two digital I/Os for local equipment control or monitoring of logic states. It can generate SMS, RMS, or email alerts based on these inputs. This makes it suitable for automation or technical alarm scenarios.

Power consumption is low (3 to 6 W), allowing installation on battery or solar powered sites. Reverse polarity protection is integrated, which increases its robustness in isolated environments.
