Four-Port Isolated RS485 PoE Ethernet Serial Server
The Waveshare 26361, model 4-CH RS485 TO POE ETH (B), provides bidirectional transmission between four independent RS485 buses and an Ethernet network. The reference 26361 corresponds precisely to the version equipped with a PoE Ethernet port.
Four independent RS485 channels
The four isolated RS485 interfaces can receive and transmit simultaneously without interference. The serial baud rate is configurable from 300 to 115,200 bps.
Serial server and industrial gateways
The equipment can function as a serial server, Modbus gateway, MQTT gateway, and RS485 to JSON converter. Network modes include TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, and UDP multicast.
PoE Ethernet and extended power supply
The 10/100 Mbps RJ45 port is IEEE 802.3af PoE compatible. The module also accepts a 6 to 45 VDC power supply via terminal block.
Industrial mounting
The compact housing can be installed on a DIN rail or wall-mounted. The documented operating range extends from -40 °C to +85 °C.
