The Milesight DS3604 is a 4.2-inch e-ink IoT display designed to present readable information on-site, with a 400 x 300 pixel black, white, and red screen. Thanks to LoRaWAN technology, it allows for remote or local modification of the displayed content, including text, images, or QR codes. Its electrophoretic display is suitable for professional signage applications, while limiting power consumption.

Uses in Offices, Tertiary Sites, and Shared Spaces

The DS3604 is intended for applications such as desk booking, workplace display, and connected signage. It supports up to 150 languages and can be integrated into multi-site scenarios thanks to remote configuration and multicast functionality. Its flexible installation, using 3M adhesive or wall screws, facilitates deployment in existing buildings without dedicated power cabling.

Simplified Management and IoT Integration

Configuration is done via NFC using a mobile application or via LoRaWAN downlink, which simplifies field operations such as remote administration. The DS3604 is compatible with standard LoRaWAN gateways and network servers, and can be managed with the Milesight IoT Cloud solution. Its power supply from 3 CR2450 590 mAh lithium batteries and its IP30 rating make it a suitable solution for professional indoor environments requiring reliable and centralized information updates.
