EM300-CL - Liquid Level LoRaWAN Sensor - Milesight

The Milesight EM300-CL is a non-contact capacitive liquid level LoRaWAN sensor. It allows monitoring a level through a non-metallic wall, without direct contact with the liquid, which facilitates integration into sanitary or technical containers.

Measurement and monitoring

The sensor detects the liquid level using an electrode foil placed on the outside of the container. It is particularly suitable for monitoring soap, washing solution or liquid contained in non-metallic tanks such as plastic, glass or acrylic.

LoRaWAN transmission

Data is transmitted via LoRaWAN Class A on the 868 MHz band. The EM300-CL can be connected to a LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform to centralize level statuses and trigger replenishment alerts.

Installation and autonomy

Configuration is done via NFC using a mobile application. The transmitter has an IP67 enclosure and operates with a replaceable 4000 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery, suitable for low-power IoT uses.

Applications

The EM300-CL is suitable for connected sanitary facilities, commercial buildings, public places, areas receiving the public, and installations requiring liquid consumable monitoring. It reduces inspection rounds and optimizes maintenance.
