Pressure Measurement for Field Environments

The Milesight EM500-PP is a pipeline pressure sensor designed to measure pipe pressure in demanding environments and transmit data via LoRaWAN technology. It is intended for professional applications requiring regular feedback from the field, especially when measurement points are remote or difficult to access. Its IP67 waterproof enclosure for the transmitter and its IP65 pressure sensor allow for use in industrial or technical conditions.

Industrial Applications and Supervision

This sensor is intended for monitoring pipelines and tanks, tracking Oil & Gas installations, detecting water leaks, and monitoring pumps. It can also be integrated into smart building or technical infrastructure projects requiring remote pressure monitoring. Combined with a LoRaWAN gateway and Milesight platforms, it allows for remote viewing and management of sensor data.

IoT Integration and Simplified Operation

The EM500-PP supports configuration via mobile application using NFC, PC software via USB Type-C, and downlink. Its replaceable 19000 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery is rated for an operating life of up to 10 years depending on the test conditions specified by the manufacturer. Local storage, data retransmission, and threshold alarm functions facilitate operation, maintenance, and integration into a professional IoT architecture.
