Dual technology, maximum possibility
To optimize accuracy and efficiency, VS330 adopts PIR and ToF to detect space occupancy in each cell partition. With PIR detecting human movement and ToF measuring distance to objects, VS330 can definitely secure detection results by achieving unparalleled accuracy and ensuring 100% anonymity.
Peak accuracy over 99.5%
Milesight develops intelligent detection trigger logic for the VS330. PIR detection combined with ToF reconfirmation allows the VS330 to accurately monitor cell occupancy status. The built-in self-calibration algorithm further raises the accuracy to a state-of-the-art level of over 99.5%.
100% anonymous detection
It is GDPR compliant. PIR detects infrared radiation from objects/humans while ToF (Time of Flight) measures the time it takes for a wave to travel to the object and return. No personal information is involved in the whole process.
Real-time update
In high traffic but low capacity applications, it is crucial to immediately update occupancy status for better facility management and efficiency. When users enter or leave cabins, the PIR will be triggered first, then ToF technology will be used to collect data at 5-second intervals to achieve fast and accurate occupancy status updates.
Ultra low power consumption
High accuracy does not mean high power consumption. The VS330 features sophisticated PIR and ToF detection trigger logic, which improves power efficiency and guarantees a minimum of 4 years of battery life.
Clever design
The VS330 has a clever design with a chic and delicate body. With a rotating probe, it can be adjusted within a range of 0-75°, providing high flexibility and minimal detection blind angle. Additionally, the conformal coating on the VS330's PCBA will prevent the sensor from moisture damage that can occur in humid environments such as toilets.
