The Milesight EM300-MLD is a LoRaWAN leak detection sensor that uses a flexible printed membrane. This approach allows for coverage of a larger area than a point probe while maintaining simple installation in sensitive areas.
Detection and Monitoring
The membrane detects the presence of conductive liquids on its surface. It is suitable for environments where leaks may appear over a wide area or one that is difficult to cover with a single detection point.
LoRaWAN Transmission
Alerts are sent via LoRaWAN in Class A on the 868 MHz band. The sensor can be associated with a LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform to centralize alarms, consult history, and organize maintenance.
Installation and Battery Life
The EM300-MLD is configured via NFC using a mobile application. Its IP67 casing is suitable for demanding environments exposed to humidity. It operates with a replaceable 4000 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery.
