The Milesight EM300-MCS is a LoRaWAN building security sensor designed for open/closed detection using a magnetic contact. It monitors doors, windows, cabinets, or technical rooms, while also providing temperature and humidity measurements.

Detection and Monitoring

The sensor detects open or closed status using a magnetic contact. Integrated temperature and humidity measurements allow for combining open/closed monitoring with simple environmental tracking, useful in technical or industrial buildings.

LoRaWAN Transmission

Events and measurements are transmitted via LoRaWAN Class A on the 868 MHz band. The EM300-MCS can be connected to a LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform to centralize alerts, view history, and supervise access.

Installation and Battery Life

Configuration is possible via NFC using a mobile application or by downlink. The IP67 casing is suitable for demanding environments, and the sensor operates with a replaceable 4000 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery. Milesight D2D support can facilitate certain local automation scenarios.
