Luminosity Measurement in Demanding Environments
The Milesight EM500-LGT is a light sensor designed to measure illuminance in lux and transmit data via LoRaWAN technology. It is aimed at professional applications requiring reliable on-site luminosity monitoring, including in outdoor or challenging environments. Its IP67 transmission casing and IP65 light sensor allow for field installation for industrial, urban, or agricultural uses.
Field Applications and Remote Monitoring
This sensor is suitable for smart buildings, urban lighting, greenhouse control, smart agriculture, and meteorological monitoring. Thanks to compatibility with standard LoRaWAN® gateways and network servers, it can be integrated into an existing IoT architecture. When combined with a Milesight LoRaWAN gateway and Milesight IoT Cloud, it enables remote viewing and management of measurement data.
Simplified Operation and Data Continuity
The EM500-LGT facilitates deployment with configuration via a mobile app using NFC, PC software via USB Type-C, or downlink. It integrates a replaceable 19000 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery and supports local historical data storage, data retransmission, and threshold alarms. These functions contribute to reliable information feedback for monitoring, maintenance, and operation of connected sites.
