UC501-868M - IP67 LoRaWAN I/O Controller - Milesight

The Milesight UC501-868M is an IP67 LoRaWAN I/O controller designed for connecting field sensors and equipment. It allows the collection of digital, analog, and serial signals, then transmits them remotely via LoRaWAN.

Interfaces and Inputs/Outputs

The UC501 features 2 GPIOs, 2 analog inputs compatible with 0-10 V / 4-20 mA, and 1 RS232/RS485 port. These interfaces allow connection of industrial sensors, meters, Modbus RTU equipment, or field contacts.

LoRaWAN Transmission

The controller communicates via LoRaWAN Class A on the 868 MHz band. It can be used with a LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform to upload field data, monitor statuses, and integrate remote sensors without network cabling.

Installation and Power Supply

The UC501 can operate on rechargeable batteries, a 5 V 1.6 W solar panel, or an external 5-24 VDC power supply. Its IP67 enclosure is suitable for outdoor installations or harsh environments. It can be wall-mounted or pole-mounted.

Applications

The UC501 is suitable for agricultural monitoring, environmental sensors, meter tracking, field automation, and isolated sites requiring LoRaWAN data uplink.
