UC502-868M - LoRaWAN Multi-Interface Controller - Milesight
The Milesight UC502-868M is an IP67 LoRaWAN multi-interface controller designed to connect industrial, environmental, or agricultural sensors. It offers more interfaces than the UC501, notably with the addition of SDI-12 for compatible field sensors.
Interfaces and Inputs/Outputs
The UC502 features 2 GPIOs, 2 analog inputs compatible with 0-10 V / 4-20 mA, 1 RS232/RS485 port, and 1 SDI-12 interface. This configuration allows for the connection of environmental probes, industrial sensors, Modbus RTU equipment, and SDI-12 sensors.
LoRaWAN Transmission
The controller transmits data via LoRaWAN in Class A on the 868 MHz band. It can be integrated with a LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform to collect field data and monitor remote installations.
Installation and Power Supply
The UC502 can be powered by 3 ER26500 9000 mAh batteries or by an external 5-24 VDC power supply. Its IP67 casing and wall or pole mounting make it suitable for outdoor installations and demanding environments.
