Nexelec AIR+ X850LS Connected Carbon Monoxide Detector

The Nexelec AIR+ X850LS is a carbon monoxide detector connected via LoRaWAN. It combines a CO alarm with temperature and humidity measurement for safety and monitoring of ambient conditions in homes.

Carbon Monoxide Detection

The electrochemical sensor measures CO from 0 to 1,000 ppm with a resolution of 1 ppm. A visual pre-alarm is provided from 40 ppm and the audible alarm reaches 85 dB at three meters. The detector is certified according to EN 50291.

Temperature and Humidity

Temperature is measured from -30 to +70 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C and an advertised accuracy of ±0.2 °C. Humidity is measured from 0 to 100 % RH with a resolution of 0.5 % RH and an accuracy of ±2 % RH.

LoRaWAN Communication

The reference X850LS corresponds to the LoRaWAN version with an advertised battery life of ten years. Connectivity facilitates remote maintenance, fault monitoring, battery status, and integration into a supervision platform.

Installation and Contents

The detector can be wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, or placed on its stand. The official box includes the detector, a BASE+ base, a removable FLEX support, an adhesive FIX mounting, two screws with wall plugs, and instructions. The two lithium batteries are sealed and soldered.

Conditions of Use

The device is intended for indoor use, between -10 and +50 °C and 10 to 95 % RH non-condensing. Its dimensions are 105 × 105 × 35 mm.
