LoRaWAN Measurement for Connected Sites

The Dragino LHT65S-E5 is a long-range LoRaWAN sensor designed for measuring temperature, humidity, and light intensity. It integrates a temperature and humidity sensor, as well as an external light sensor. Compatible with the LoRaWAN v1.0.3 Class A protocol, it can operate with a standard LoRaWAN gateway to send data to an IoT platform or a supervision system.

Field and Building Applications

This sensor is designed for professional wireless sensor networks. Its uses include irrigation systems, smart metering, smart cities, and building automation. It is suitable for environments where remote measurement of ambient conditions and light intensity allows for operational monitoring, optimizing interventions, or populating technical dashboards.

Simplified Integration and Operation

The LHT65S-E5 allows for parameter setting via AT commands and remote configuration via LoRaWAN downlink. Its integrated non-rechargeable 2400 mAh battery is designed for long-term use, with battery life dependent on the data transmission frequency. For IoT integrators and technical operators, it offers a compact solution for deploying environmental measurements without communication cabling, while maintaining compatibility with standard LoRaWAN infrastructures.
