WSC2-L - LoRaWAN RS485 Weather Station Transmitter - Dragino

The Dragino WSC2-L is a LoRaWAN RS485 transmitter designed for weather stations and environmental field measurements. It allows you to connect a compatible weather station or RS485 sensors to transmit data to an IoT platform.

Measurement and Collection

The WSC2-L can be paired with a compatible 9-in-1 weather station and other RS485 sensors depending on the installation. It can also utilize a pulse counter input, useful for certain rain gauges or metering equipment.

LoRaWAN Transmission

Collected data is transmitted via LoRaWAN in Class A on the 868 MHz band. The transmitter can be integrated into a standard LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform for weather and environmental monitoring.

Installation and Battery Life

The WSC2-L features an IP66 enclosure and a 1000 mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery. Configuration can be done via Bluetooth, AT commands, downlink, or remote LoRaWAN configuration.
