EM410-RDL-EA - External Antenna LoRaWAN Radar Sensor - Milesight
The Milesight EM410-RDL-EA is the LoRaWAN version of the EM410 radar sensor with an external antenna. It measures distance or level non-contact over a range of 0.3 m to 12 m, using 60 GHz millimeter-wave radar technology.
Measurement and Monitoring
The radar allows for non-contact tracking of liquid levels or smooth solid surfaces. Its 8° beam angle focuses the measurement on the target area. The external antenna is useful when installation requires radio range optimization or better adaptation to the site.
LoRaWAN Transmission
This EM410-RDL-EA version communicates via LoRaWAN in Class A on the 868 MHz band. It can be integrated with a LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform to track levels, log measurements, and trigger alerts.
Installation and Battery Life
The IP68 PVDF casing is suitable for exposed environments. The sensor is configured via NFC or Bluetooth and operates with a 19000 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery. The presence of the external antenna distinguishes this version from the standard EM410-RDL.
