Fanless Industrial Mini PC Intel Celeron J6412

The SPW-1226N is a compact industrial Mini PC built around an Intel Celeron J6412 quad-core, quad-thread processor. Its fanless aluminum chassis, numerous serial interfaces, and GPIO connector make it suitable for integrations requiring multiple field connections in a 186 × 140 × 66 mm form factor.

Network Connectivity and Field Interfaces

Three Intel i225-V controllers provide three 2.5 GbE Ethernet ports. The system has six COM ports, of which COM1 and COM2 can be configured as RS-232 or RS-485, as well as a 16-bit Phoenix GPIO connector. USB connectivity includes two USB 3.0 ports and four USB 2.0 ports. HDMI and DisplayPort outputs support displays up to 4096 × 2160 at 60 Hz.

Memory, Storage and Expansion

One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM slot supports up to 32 GB of memory. Storage can use an M.2 M-Key 2280 SSD with SATA protocol and a 2.5-inch SATA drive. An M.2 B-Key 3042/3052 slot with SIM card slot is provided for a 4G/5G module, while a Mini PCIe slot can accommodate a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module.

Power and Operation

The SPW-1226N operates on 12 VDC and comes with a 12 V / 5 A adapter. Its documented operating range is 0 to 50 °C with a commercial hard drive, or -20 to 60 °C with an industrial SSD. It supports auto power-on, Wake-on-LAN, PXE boot, a watchdog, and TPM 2.0.
