LoRaWAN Pulse Counter for Remote Meter Reading

The Milesight EM300-DI is a compact LoRaWAN pulse counter designed to transform traditional water meters into smart meters. It supports dry contacts and passive pulse meters, with a pulse counter or digital input operating mode. Its IP67 enclosure allows for use in demanding indoor and outdoor environments, while ensuring data uplink to a standard LoRaWAN infrastructure.

Field applications and consumption monitoring

This sensor is aimed at remote reading and water consumption monitoring applications, particularly for agricultural irrigation, industrial water use, and utility meter reading in real estate. It also integrates temperature and humidity sensors for local environmental monitoring. Water flow and interruption alarm functions help to identify abnormal situations in the field more quickly.

Remote integration and operation

The EM300-DI facilitates IoT operation thanks to its NFC configuration via mobile application and downlink. It is compatible with standard LoRaWAN gateways and network servers, as well as with Milesight IoT Cloud and Milesight Development Platform for data supervision and management. Its replaceable 4000 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery and local historical data storage contribute to securing measurement continuity and limiting maintenance interventions.
