The USR-G809 from PUSR is an industrial 4G LTE router designed for IIoT, M2M, automation, and remote supervision applications. It combines mobile connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, 5 Ethernet ports, a serial interface, and digital I/O to facilitate field integration.

Complete Network Connectivity

The router features a physical SIM slot for 4G LTE connectivity, as well as 5 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports divided into 1 WAN and 4 LAN. This architecture allows multiple IP devices to be connected on the same site.

2.4 GHz Wi-Fi enables local access to equipment or the configuration interface.

Industrial Interfaces

The USR-G809 integrates an RS232 / RS485 serial interface, as well as 2 digital inputs and 2 open collector digital outputs. These interfaces allow the connection of field equipment, sensors, PLCs, or supervision systems.

VPN and Remote Administration

The router supports PPTP, L2TP, GRE, IPsec, and OpenVPN protocols. These functions secure remote access to equipment and facilitate integration into professional network architectures.

Industrial Design

With its DC 9-36 V power supply, metal casing, DIN rail or panel mounting, and operation from -20 °C to +70 °C, the USR-G809 is suitable for distributed industrial environments.
