Industrial Ethernet I/O Edge Gateway

The PUSR USR-M100-ETH is an Ethernet I/O Edge gateway designed to connect serial devices, field I/Os, and supervisory platforms. This version is intended for Ethernet installations, without cellular connectivity.

USR-M100-ETH Ethernet Version

The ETH version features 10/100 Mbps Ethernet connectivity and RS232/RS485 serial ports for industrial equipment integration. It allows connecting field signals to a local or remote application via industrial and IoT protocols.

Interfaces / Protocols / Integration

The gateway integrates embedded I/Os with 2 DI, 2 DO relays, and 2 AI 4-20 mA. It supports Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, JSON, and MQTT to facilitate data upload and cloud or supervisory integration.

Industrial Design

The IP30 enclosure is designed for DIN rail mounting. Power supply is 9-36 VDC, and the specified operating range is -25 °C to +75 °C.

Applications

The USR-M100-ETH is suitable for technical cabinets, local supervision, Modbus data collection, small automation installations, and sites already equipped with an Ethernet network.
