The GIGAIPC QM-7433REA-A1 is a compact industrial system from the QBiX Mini series. Its 120 × 80 × 52 mm fanless chassis integrates an Intel Atom x7433RE quad-core processor, built on the Intel 7 process and capable of reaching 3.40 GHz.

Applications and Integration Environment

This form factor is designed for IoT and embedded deployments where space is limited. Its operating range of -20 °C to 70 °C, combined with documented vibration and shock resistance according to IEC 60068 tests, facilitates its integration into demanding industrial environments. The use of extended temperature range memory and storage is required to achieve these conditions.

Computing, Memory, and Display

The system features a single-channel DDR5 4800 MHz SO-DIMM slot, with a maximum capacity of 16 GB. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics controller drives an HDMI 2.0 output up to 4096 × 2160 at 60 Hz, suitable for operator interfaces and visualization applications.

Connectivity and Expansion

Two Gigabit LAN ports, four USB ports, a configurable RS-232/422/485 serial port, and a 4-bit GPIO cover the main links to networks, peripherals, and industrial equipment. Two M.2 slots are available: an M-Key 2280 in PCIe Gen3 x2 for storage and an E-Key 2230 for expansion. An Infineon TPM 2.0 chip is integrated.

Installation and Highlights

Power is supplied via 12 VDC with a 48 W adapter included. Wall mounts and VESA 75/100 are available as options.
