WisGate Edge Lite 2 Indoor LoRaWAN Gateway with 4G Backhaul
The RAK7268CV2 is a compact indoor LoRaWAN gateway with integrated cellular connectivity. It is designed for IoT deployments where the WisGate Edge Lite 2 form factor is desired while adding a mobile backhaul.
8-channel LoRaWAN
This gateway features 8 LoRaWAN channels and supports classic RAK ecosystem integration modes, including Basics Station, Packet Forwarder, and MQTT Bridge depending on the configuration.
LTE Cat 4 Backhaul
The RAK7268CV2 version integrates an LTE Cat 4 backhaul with a SIM slot. It also has a 100 Mbps Ethernet port with 802.3af PoE. The 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is primarily used for configuration and local administration.
Indoor Installation
Power supply is possible via 12 VDC or 802.3af PoE. The IP30 casing is designed for indoor use, with wall or ceiling mounting.
Applications
It is suitable for smart buildings, sites without reliable Ethernet access, temporary installations, private LoRaWAN networks, and projects requiring backup or primary LTE link.
