S2101 - LoRaWAN Temperature and Humidity Sensor - SenseCAP

The SenseCAP S2101 is a LoRaWAN sensor designed to measure air temperature and humidity in professional environments. It allows remote monitoring of ambient conditions, without network cabling, for applications in agriculture, smart buildings, industry, or the cold chain.

Measurement and Monitoring

The S2101 measures temperature and humidity to help operators detect variations, monitor sensitive areas, and have usable historical data. Its IP66 housing allows it to be used in exposed environments, depending on site constraints.

LoRaWAN Transmission

Data is transmitted via LoRaWAN Class A on the 868 MHz band. The sensor can be associated with a LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform to centralize measurements, create alerts, and facilitate the analysis of field data.

Installation and Battery Life

The S2101 is configured via Bluetooth and a mobile application, with OTA support. The sensor uses a 19 Ah non-rechargeable battery. This design facilitates rapid on-site deployments, especially when network or electrical cabling is not available.
