The Milesight WT401 is a LoRaWAN thermostat designed for regulating heating, air conditioning, and ventilation in connected buildings. It allows for monitoring ambient conditions and integrating comfort management into a compatible IoT or HVAC infrastructure.

HVAC Control

The WT401 measures temperature, humidity, and presence using its integrated PIR sensor. It can be used with compatible HVAC equipment to adjust setpoints, monitor space occupancy, and improve room supervision.

LoRaWAN Transmission

The thermostat communicates via LoRaWAN on the 868 MHz band. It is configured as Class C for the primary use case in this collection, with wired power possible. It can be associated with a LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform to centralize statuses and control setpoints.

Installation and Configuration

The WT401 can operate on batteries or with a 24 VAC / 24 VDC power supply depending on the installation. It can be wall-mounted, placed on a desk, or attached with adhesive. Configuration can be done via NFC, Bluetooth, mobile application, or downlink.
