The Milesight WT303 is a LoRaWAN thermostat designed to control fan coil units in commercial, hospitality, or industrial environments. It supports 2-pipe and 4-pipe installations, with 3-speed or EC fans, as well as 2-wire or 3-wire On/Off motorized valves.

HVAC Control

The WT303 allows local temperature setting and automatic control according to the configured control logic. Its integrated sensors measure ambient temperature and humidity to monitor comfort conditions in the room.

LoRaWAN Transmission

The thermostat communicates via LoRaWAN in Class C on the 868 MHz band. It can be paired with a LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform to report statuses, adjust setpoints, and integrate HVAC control into building supervision.

Installation and Configuration

The WT303 operates on 100-240 VAC power. It can be wall-mounted, in an 86 mm junction box, or a 60 mm round box. Configuration can be done via NFC, mobile application, or downlink. Its 2.7-inch E-Ink screen makes it easy to read local information.
