Modular outdoor air quality monitoring station

The Nexelec TRACK+ X950LS is a LoRaWAN station designed to measure and monitor air quality in outdoor environments. It combines the measurement of fine particles, local meteorological parameters, and geolocation in a robust casing that can be installed on a wall or a pole.

Fine particle measurement

The station measures PM0.5, PM1, PM2.5, PM5, and PM10 particles, continuously or intermittently. It provides mass measurements on three channels and number measurements on five channels. The system heats the air before analysis to limit the influence of ambient humidity. Nexelec indicates that the particle sensor has been validated by an independent metrology laboratory.

Environmental parameters and geolocation

TRACK+ also measures temperature, relative humidity, and atmospheric pressure. Its integrated GPS automatically associates data with their position. The technical guide also provides for local access to measurements via NFC, their recording on an SD card, as well as remote configuration and control of the product.

LoRaWAN communication and data exploitation

The X950LS transmits its data via the LoRaWAN network. Measurements can thus be integrated into a supervision infrastructure adapted to environmental monitoring. Nexelec's NAVIXIS platform allows you to consult information and measurements from a browser or to exploit them using programming interfaces, depending on the services and options associated with the deployment.

BLOCK modular architecture

The station has five BLOCK slots designed to receive additional measurement modules. This architecture allows, in particular, the optional addition of cartridges for ozone or nitrogen dioxide, without replacing the station. The modules are designed to simplify upgrades and on-site maintenance operations.
