TS101 - Milesight LoRaWAN Insert Temperature Sensor
Insertion Temperature Measurement
The Milesight TS101 is an insertion temperature sensor with an integrated transmitter, designed to measure the internal temperature of stored materials. It relies on a DS18B20 probe and a food-grade 316 stainless steel probe, suitable for environments requiring reliable in-product detection. LoRaWAN® compatible, it allows wireless transmission of measurements to standard LoRaWAN gateways and network servers.
Stock Monitoring and Demanding Environments
This sensor is intended for temperature monitoring in tobacco warehouses, grain stores, haystacks, compost piles, and other storage scenarios requiring internal measurement. Its IP67 rating, IK10 transmitter protection, and phosphine corrosion resistance meet the constraints of agricultural and industrial storage sites. Its insertion installation facilitates positioning directly into the material to be monitored.
Remote Data Exploitation
The TS101 integrates local history storage, data retransmission, and a sudden temperature change alarm to limit information loss and improve field monitoring. Its NFC configuration via a mobile application simplifies commissioning. Powered by a replaceable 4000 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery, it is designed for long-term deployments with reduced maintenance, especially when combined with a Milesight LoRaWAN gateway and Milesight IoT Cloud or Milesight Development Platform.
