3G/4G Cellular Industrial I/O Controller

The Milesight UC300-L05EU collects data from wired equipment and transmits it directly to a remote platform via 3G/4G cellular networks.

Industrial Interfaces

The controller provides four opto-isolated digital inputs, including a pulse counter mode up to 4 kHz, two SPDT relay outputs, two 4–20 mA inputs, two 0–10 V inputs, and two two- or three-wire PT100 inputs.

Serial Communication

An RS232 port and an RS485 port allow connection of serial devices. The RS485 port supports transparent mode and Modbus RTU, with 32-register reading and the ability to connect multiple Modbus devices.

Cellular Transmission

The UC300-L05EU supports 4G LTE Cat 1, WCDMA, and GSM depending on regional coverage. It has a Micro SIM slot and can communicate with Milesight IoT Cloud, AWS IoT Core, an MQTT server, TCP or UDP, as well as via SMS.

Local Automation

IF-THEN rules allow the UC300 to monitor inputs and control outputs locally, even when the network link is temporarily unavailable. An integrated watchdog contributes to stable operation.

Industrial Installation

The IP30 metal enclosure measures 93 × 70 × 22 mm. It can be installed on a desk, wall, or DIN rail. The power supply accepts 5 to 24 VDC via terminal block or 5 V via USB Type-C. The advertised operating range is -20 to +60 °C.
