Industrial Ethernet IoT Edge Controller

The PUSR USR-EG628-ETH is an ARM-processor-based industrial IoT Edge controller, designed for local computing, industrial automation, and field data integration. This version is the Ethernet version, without cellular, Wi-Fi, or GNSS connectivity.

USR-EG628-ETH Ethernet Version

The ETH version is intended for wired industrial installations. It allows connection of field equipment via Ethernet, RS485, RS232, CAN, USB, and HDMI, while running Edge services, Node-RED flows, or Docker containers locally.

The controller features 2 Ethernet ports, 2 RS485 ports, 1 RS232 port, 1 CAN interface, USB, HDMI, and integrated I/O. It relies on Ubuntu, WukongEdge, Node-RED, and Docker for industrial and IoT integration.

Industrial Design

The USR-EG628-ETH uses a Rockchip RK3562J quad-core processor up to 2.0 GHz with 1 TOPS NPU, 4 GB DDR4, and 32 GB eMMC. It accepts a 9-36 VDC power supply and operates from -20 °C to +70 °C. Mounting can be done on DIN rail or wall.

It is suitable for industrial Edge gateways, data collection, local processing, automation, Node-RED scenarios, field protocol integration, and applications requiring a compact Linux controller.
