VS121 - LoRaWAN occupancy and people counting sensor - Milesight

The Milesight VS121 is a LoRaWAN occupancy and people counting sensor designed to analyze the use of professional spaces. It allows for monitoring occupancy, people flow, and usage areas without transmitting images to the IoT platform.

Occupancy and counting

The sensor can perform people counting, occupancy detection, zone analysis, and line crossing. These functions provide a better understanding of the use of offices, shops, airports, public spaces, and service areas.

LoRaWAN Transmission

The VS121 communicates via LoRaWAN in Class C on the 868 MHz band. It can be paired with a LoRaWAN gateway and a compatible IoT platform to centralize statuses, track trends, and analyze space occupancy.

Installation and configuration

The sensor is powered by USB Type-C 5 V and is ceiling-mounted. Its configuration is done via Wi-Fi and a web interface, which facilitates the on-site setup of zones, lines, and analysis rules.
